RETURN & REFUND

Our Return/Exchange Policy:

- You can return-exchange the parcel within 15 days from the date of delivery.

- If the perfume has been used excessively, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

- Once the parcel reaches Loganberry's warehouse, it will be inspected by loganberry team. If it meets the return-exchange criteria, the refund will be processed on the same day.

- If the perfume gets damaged during return shipping or if there is any reduction in the perfume quantity, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

- If the return is not eligible, the customer will have to pay the delivery charges for reshipping

- Customer has to pay the return charges by themselves & also have to deal with the courier 

- If a customer requests an exchange or return (not due to brand fault), they will be responsible for all delivery charges.

- If the product issue is due to the brand's fault, the brand will cover delivery charges for both return and exchange
